Post by: Jake on February 15, 2008, 12:33:33 PM
Lovely car, personally I\'d keep it as FD\'s in decent condition seem to be getting rarer and rarer.  I\'d definitely change the bonnet and wing though probably the latest PanSpeed bonnet and wing.  Then change the alloys to Volk\'s like their Time Attack car :mmmm

I guess the main question is will you drive it?  Or is it playing second fiddle to something nicer?  I guess the other thing is will you get enough cash back if you sold it cause that\'s one hell of a spec.

Thanks guys. About driving it - probably no. Might be moving to Zurich with flying for a while and will probably be home even less.

It is playing second fiddle to the below, which has an evern bigger spec and only 4000 miles since new on the whole car and probably the best RX-7 in the country. Theres also the circuit FD and a project 20B Cosmo. What to do!

Except I have\'nt driven the below Two Tone in two years. :(

Wouldn\'t the PanSpeed get used in the Winter when you\'re home though?  I hope the Two Tone doesn\'t get driven in the salt soup that is our winter roads?

Holey Moley! Wow, those are amazing bud. The two tone\'s engine bay looks like a rocket scientist has had a field day installing everything he could think of. I\'ve never seen an injector set-up like that before. Do you go back in time in that thing???
Tell you what, you should keep the two tone and sell me the wide boy! Give ya me kidneys, liver and the wife, i\'ll even throw in the dog!

Alright Freddy, nice to see some photos up!

Ive always loved these cars, remember seeing the two-tone at Rotorstock a couple of years back when youd first imported it, looks even better in real-life:)

Still love the Panspeed one too!  Are you going for the RE A mark 1 (street style) diffuser for that one too?

Chris

Whats the thing in the middle of the engine bay? Just above the gold pulley? It\'s got a blue disc thing on it and sits under the struct brace

the inside of the pan speed car looks amazing, wouldn\'t add the carbon dash though imo they look tacky.

also is the car a type RZ? or have you just whacked a sticker on there?

The Turbo Apexi Single Turbo FD is also parked up. Thou may soon be going on 1/2 Bridge and other upgrades. This car drives smooth as stock twins but quicker on acceleration than a lot of big single. :D

Shame the monkey\'s at Jap Performance mag placed Gandy\'s engine bay pic for mine in the issue. :Hammer

What a terrible position for you to be in, having so many utterly fantastic toys to play with! No fair!  :)

How the hell could anyone decide which one to get rid of? I couldn\'t even aspire to owning one car that good.

wow dude, im amazed to see you\'ve still got both. personally, if i was in your position, i\'d sell both if you werent getting the time to drive them anymore. that much money tied up cant be a good thing. i know you had the pan speed one up for sale for a while before disappearing off the scene for a little while.

glad to see they are both still around though

Hi, I\'m new here, and i just so happen to be on the lookout for a single turbo RX-7... If the Panspeed car was mine, I\'d definitely keep it... therefore I think you should put it up for sale ;)
