I found they where very fiddly and sometimes they came away ok and sometimes they where just stuck.  I\'ll see if I have any pictures of what they look like behind, see if it helps.....

Hope im on about the same bit of trim here? :D

Undo 2 bolts underneath and 2 screws where it wraps into the wheel arch. The rest are held in place by sticky and 3 fixings.  In picture 2 bolts taken off and you should be able to slide the panel to the side and it should release from the fixings which are shown in the 2nd picture :

As you can see 1 stayed in the car, 1 came out with the panel and the other didnt know what to do so did both :Giggle   The fixing was just moving with the panel so I didnt have a lot of choice in the matter :)

The other trim is held in by 4 plastic fixings.  The pictures should explain better :

Hope thats what you wanted? :)

yes its the same but you will need ideally to remove a few screws on the inner wing liner (just enough to get at the back of the trim) and use pliers on them.  Some come away easier than others without removing the liner but I have just scrapped 3 FC\'s and most of them were tight and needed pliers on the back.  The bits Ricco has pics of is the added on bits for the skirts and wings etc and they do come off a lot easier as they are slightly different fittings to hold them in.  The rear ones you can get at from behind with pliers.  They do break easy though so be careful.
