I love the Japlish translations "Sadden Death"! Fantastic! You obviously need to translate the Japanese with an Essex accent, geezah! They just pick English words cos they like the sound of them as much as anything, it seems. I remember a bike journalist coming back from the Suzuka 8 Hour race (THE premier race of the year for the Japanese factories) amazed by the sight of an entire pit crew with the legend *Bumf****d By Hillbilly" emblazoned across their backs. They had no idea what it meant, just liked the words!

surely by the size of the v8\'s people put in, its only fair to cmpare the v8 to a 20b or a 4 rotor?
Wouldn\'t argue with that, however, I would argue with the suggestion earlier in the thread that V8\'s aren\'t that good.

the S15 can be tuned to take down RX7s...Its just in this case...its a WHOLE LOT of driver error. The Kei Office Silvia lost to that NSX cuz Orido asked for more boost which threw off the balance. in this case...Akira Iida isnt experienced on the touge...but the Silvia in a lot of cases can be better than the RX7.

As much as I love the S15 it will never out class the RX7. On these types of runs the rx7 is too well balanced compared to it\'s competitors. I mean the first one with the 600hp Skyline proves it. The skyline powers away on the straights but just cant keep up in the bends, and considering the skyline is meant to be one of the best handling cars in the world then I guess that makes the rx7 pretty special.
People are just biased to the cars that they like the best, and in that case they\'ll never listen to any reasonable arguement.
I like this commment however:

His point being? Im pretty sure any car can be tuned to take down RX7\'s give enough money and development thrown at it.

But it\'s sooo much fun to argue.. Just don\'t understand how someone can be so narrowminded. And yes, that comment is one of the highlights. :P
i had the same with a fiat vs mazda argument, it ended in mazda were so good that their engine got banned :D but the guy still thought puntos were better...
I think FEED won the comp didn\'t they? Not sure about that year but i found this on the website, think they did rather well in 2006. What an awesome machine.
