Title: Engine Rebuild
Post by: Sidzrx on February 03, 2008, 07:36:03 PM
I just finished putting my newly rebuilt engine back in the car and plan on starting it tomorrow, am I likely to have any problems with it starting up?

Bit of an awkward question that is mate, like how long is a piece of string? Generally speaking, if rebuilt correct, it should fire right up. It will smoke like crazy for a few minuits to burn all the excess oil etc off. It will take a load of oil the first time you fill it up, so keep an eye on that, and keep an eye on the coolant level also.
