Title: Please help my poor RX7!
Post by: Waddock on February 01, 2008, 08:49:18 PM
Hi all,

Its been a while since being on the forums.....

My RX7 is in a very poor state at the moment, a few months ago friend and I started to replace the turbos, we got all the way to putting the "rats nest" bit back on. Now we have no clue! Worst of all my friend who done most of the work cant be arsed any more as its too much work!

So I was wondering if anyone could suggest a reliable mechanic near Hertfordshire with RX7 knowledge. Or better yet can someone give me a hand in exchange for some beer tokens :guinness

I so want to get back behind the wheel of the REX!!!! :burnout

Thanks in advance
Waddock

Can you please email them or post in this thread? I found another thread discussing using new vacume hose to do the job, that may make it easier as a lot of the old pipes are a little split on the ends.

In fact thinking about it I want to take it some where to be done by someone who has a clue!

There are a few other issues as well that need doing. So back to the original thread... Does anyone know a mechanic I can take it to? I cant afford to take it to one of the top RX7 specialists as there are a number of tasks to do and this would probsbly cost a fortune!

Any help much appreciated.

Ben
