Im buying a FC in Japan and was sent these photos,if you zoom in you can see a badge/plate on the intercooler from R-Magic in Japan.Do you recon its been tuned by them ? There is a Greddy injector controller inside the car and you will see more mods in the photo,What do you think ?

looks reasonably standard, the AFM is still in place, top mount IC and it doesn\'t look like a larger turbo or anything. The R-magic logo could be just that a logo, or it could be an indicator that the car has been played with by R-magic

Aye, dont see any thing that would warrant additional injectors - all looks fairly stock still.

id say thats the stock TMIC

looks like it has after market suspension and water temp guage

it still has the AC and air pump - so cant see it being tuned that much ?

Yep looks pretty standard apart from suspension which looks like HKS, additional water temp for your gauges, possibly boost controller of some sort. It does have a twin belt pully on the alternator but no twin belt.  Could do with some more pics.  I doubt its had much done as theres no point if everything is standard, you can get away with a standard ECU with whats been done,it does have the safeguard of a FCD and boost controller.
How much they going for in Japan these days, seen some nice ones but they are still going for around 4-5K and thats without shipping and customs.

This one is fairly cheap, it has 160k on it.Some of the low milage high grade FC\'s get FD money still..

thats a lot of miles and would not touch it.  There are plenty of 60k cars going cheap. I think that the FC will eventually be on par with the FD as they last longer engine wise and cheaper to rebuilt, spares etc.  I sold my last cab TII for £4300 and then i could have got more, just wanted a quick sale.

Yeah I know thats a lot of klms, but Im interested in the extras thats on it.It will save me money in the long run.It has a recaro bucket seat, harness, coilover suspension, exhaust, radiator, boost controller, injector controller, aftermarket lights, body kit, diff ?,braces, some other bits....
Im going to have a go doing the rebuild myself, freind of mine has done 3 allready and he will show me what to do.

To be honest the miles wouldn\'t matter as long as its been retained well or the engine and gearbox rebuilt. Its only 80k miles after all.
