Title: sard fuel parts
Post by: marco on January 24, 2008, 02:29:57 PM
has anyone had much experience of sard fuel pumps? I am looking to upgrade my stock FD one, and want a nice reliable drop in pump that doesn\'t spit its dummy out when it reaches 1/4 of a tank. I guess ideally an apexi BNR33 would be ideal but was wondering if the sard would be a cheaper alternative. also what kind of flow rate do i need for an eventual power of around 350 at the wheels?

also looking for a fpr, again looking at sard units ( could i get away with the smaller one?) or aeromotive- anyone got any recommendations?

The Supra TT fuel pumps are quiet popular as they are a straight replacement for the stock pump and will handle your 350rwhp ok.  Not very expensive either, $200 from rx7store.  Sard/aeromotive FPR are good, avoid the real cheap stuff off ebay though.
