Post by: lee mills on January 20, 2008, 08:47:50 PM
Hi i have a chargespeed rear bumper and need to make a heat shield for the exhaust as the bumper is getting burnt. the trouble is it needs to mould into 2/3 different directions. Any ideas what to make it out of (CARBON FIBRE WOULD LOOK SUPERB)and also how to make it.

Many regards
Lee

I have one of these fitted to mine. They are very flexible. You can get one from Gary at Rotaryarts (see link in my sig).

I used some small alloy bolts to secure it, as well as some body fixing tape.
This is on a standard bumper - not sure what yours looks like but this should have more than enough flex to fit.
