Post by: NeilSR on January 18, 2008, 11:53:59 PM
Was delivered to me today from liverpool, few small problems with it at the minute which need sorting, need some front indicators, stereo isnt working, missing leccy window switches from left side and non of the interior lights work, but its a stunning drive!

looks lovelly, i\'m sure you can sort the issues.

Do you mean the dash illumination lights dont work?  if so it will be the switch on the right of the ash pod.  Replace that an you hould be ok.

RX Motors will have one.

What is the spec of the car?

no sorry, courtesy lights next to the rear view mirror.

Its basically drift spec, a very harsh ride but sounds amazing, need to get her cleaned up 2moro and get some good pics which I\'ll post up 2moro

Nice car. My interior light doesn\'t work either but the map lights do so its not too bad for me. Which switch is it you need? the one on the passenger door? I have some if you need them

Yeah i\'ve got them. Do you want me to dig them out for you as well? I\'ll post the lot at once then if you like. I\'ll have to get a postage price first though.
Does this mean you intend to take passengers in the back then? Hope you\'ve got short friends!

Hi Neil,
Like Ant said, just wondered what the spec was?

Also does it have a standalone/piggyback/chipped ECU? If so don\'t drive it on anything less than optimax (99RON+) until you get it remapped !!!
If it was mapped in Japan it will be mapped for their high octane (100 ron i think) fuel,
Crappy UK fuel + Boost = Blown Apex Seal :P
Just thought it would be worth mentioning \'cause a friend of mine recently had to fork for a rebuild due to this, as did an FC owner on here I think?

Currently run all my cars of shell vpower, lovely stuff, tried it once and got hooked, lol

Spec wise I still havent had a good look at the engine etc to see what its running for definate, only had a quick peek and can see the usual filter on there

It amazing, car looks even better in real life and I dont think there is another wing that would suit the car better.  I\'ll have a check to see if there\'s any names etc printed on it for you

Its the bn sports kit but unsure if the wing is by them aswell

Hi Neil. I\'ve been up to the car today. I got the window switch off for you but the seat belts are a harder job (Gonna have to take the back seats out). It\'ll probably be the weekend now though if thats ok.

Shame about the damage bud :(

Can you claim on the shipping insurance or contact the importers for some £££s to fix?

BTW, looking great :)

Sounds good mate, i have a few people who dont like me on jne (ex owner/staff) but I\'ll see if I can get down, Im only in jarrow.  Even have space for a mini meet out the back of mine if needed, space for around 10-15 cars

Pitty about the front bar.

If you want the 4 beam light kit you can eliminate the popups with that bar.
