Post by: Kevin on January 18, 2008, 10:32:59 PM
I have a spare apexi avc-r and im going to install it in an RX7 I have to try and resolve it\'s boost spike issues.

Now was just wondering what people have found to be the best way to route the wires from ****pit to engine bay.  Not really bothered how fiddley just want the best way to install.

Anyone got any suggestions?  Photo\'s would be good help too.

Cheers :Thumbsup!

there are a couple of gromets on the passenger sid of the engine bar and i think there may be one on the drivers side but its a bit busy with the turbos.  The looms are usually long enough to go passengeer side.

Out of interest what has caused your boost spike?

Removed the cat and added a downpipe.  That coupled together with an unsilenced mid pipe and blitz exhaust.  It has an re-amemiya ecu in it but which isnt really the best.  I suppose proper mapping of something like a powerfc would help, but I still prefer to see proper boost control somewhere.
