Title: loss of break fluid
Post by: John_Hudson on January 16, 2008, 04:30:43 PM
Hey!

As some of you know ive been working on respraying my car etc

its been standing for quite a while and when i checked over the fluid levels i noticed the brake fluid seems reallllly low, is this normal when a car has been standing for a long time or do i have something to worry about.

cheers

John

The fluid should not drop at all when standing. Is it possible you\'d run the brake pads down whilst driving, before parking it up? Worn pads can be seen in the resevoir, but otherwise any loss needs checking out.
