What does everyone reccomend as the best mix for the coolant on a 1994 rx7?

Also how oftern do people change their coolant?

also how much antifreeze do you need to add if any??

I run 50:50 distilled water and antifreeze make sure its ethylene glycol based (either blue or green) The antifreeze acts as a corrosion inhibitor so don\'t run without any. I normally change the coolant every 2 yrs.

mine is red from halfords but still ethylene glycol based
