you put it inside the thing with the round wotsits.
Thing is...... the car is about 100yards away and I can\'t carry the engine, (it\'s too heavy).
have you tried standing in the engine bay, and running flintstones style? its a real eyecatching mod, everyone stops to the stare!!!
hire an engine crane ... they only cost about £25 for a week(round here anyway). They are worth every penny too !
Will the engine drop in with the fan cowling in place ?
my advice would be to remove the radiator and store it well out of the way until the engine is in, shoudln\'t be a big job with all the hoses off already
I\'ve just this minute refitted the rad because pip said that the engine should go in and out without touching it.
I was merely wondering about the fan and its shroud type thing? Can I put the fan on the engine while it\'s out or best left till the engine is in, also the cowling thingy. I remember it was tight, thought you lot might have a hint?
