Title: One for all you wheel fitment specialists!
Post by: D2BBA on December 06, 2007, 04:58:42 PM
How do folks,

Will the following wheels fit my FD (standard rear arches and RE Amemiya FRP fronts)?

Front: 18x8.5" (34mm offset)
Rear: 18x10" (with 38mm offset)

If they will fit will they look nice and wide or is the off-set tooooo skiny?

Many thanks in advance :)

Chris

Mine are f 8 +32, r 9 +38 - so you should be ok, the rears might stick out a little. Usually people go 40-50mm with a 10" wide rear.

They will stick out a bit, and a 10" rear will more than likely rub, possibly quite badly. Should be ok if you are doing it for the looks and drive like a girl and/or have a reasonable \'high\' ride height...if not, get some thing with a 45 or 50 offset.

As per the other thread - you could roll the arches, and go with some more camber on the rear depending how you use the car :)
