Ive just paid for my first FD RX7.
Its red with RE-Amemiya 17†rims, N-reg, 23,000miles, a bodykit that is unknown to me, and mazdaspeed seats.
there is a large foam induction kit and RE-Amemiya pipes under the bonnet, so im not 100% sure wots been done. Its bought from a German and Italian car salesman, so the Rex wasnt his best subject.
It also has an HKS turbo timer there, im not sure if it isnt connected, or just needs activating.
I have no-idea on any mods coz there is no info, so obviously done in Japan. the cars bveen in the UK since 1998, and there are \'rotechnics\' reciepts for dervicing etc....
where is the best place to take it so i know whats been done to it. and wot does a check up cost?

As long as the policy has started, you can drive it without having the document afaik.
If you do need to produce it, you get seven days anyway in which time you will have it.
Looks nice in the pics, I like the wide rear arches although I think theres a bit too much red with the interior and wheels in it too!
Hope you are happy with it. 1 down 1 to go...

When im in Essex, its at my parents place, near colchester.
I spend most my time in AlderSHIT with my girlfriend. My mate has just bought MDT\'s RX from the private adds, so Essex dont know wots hit it.

I need the insurance document to tax it.
Like i said, both the cars i wanted are now purchased, which isnt bad, i expected to be looking for months.
Red is a bit overkill. I love the wheels, and the rear arch is something i havnt seen before. The red interior is something i will fade out. but im keeping the seats.

That\'s Mike Manns old car :) Geff used to look after it for him, I\'ve seen it a number of times.
Front and sides are also RE-A at a guess? Rear wing is MS Aero-spec II.
Very nice mate, enjoy. Perhaps a little less red might be a good thing though as popular consensus seems to agree!

Im down in Harwich, and the girlfriends at colchester so will prob see you at some point, judging from the pics your not gonna be hard to spot;)
Is MDT\'s one the green/blue one with veilside kit?
Oh, another garage near you is Nemesis in colchester, not sure what theyre like on the servicing side of things, but good for upgrades :) had a load of stuff fitted there (see sig)

Yeah, Nemesis, and i believe Dragon are in Colchester too???
It is the Veilside kitted car, He lives in the colchester area permanently, so im sure you\'ll see him around (also easy to see).
Its a bit of an upgrade from his 1.4 fiesta though, so hopefully he\'ll be taking it easy for a while.

Dragon have closed down now mate, bloke on here called DRAGON is Ross and hes not the same one or linked to old one.
I think Nemesis originally evolved from Dragon after it closed, but I dont know the full story.
Last time I went there they had Gary Gooding\'s car on a trailer, it had just got back from Belgium, looked v.nice! worth going down there just to look at the cars, had most of their demo cars in when i went, gold Supra, Evo, and a nice Skyline :cool

The V5 says its a 1300cc, so thats a result.
Ive emailed rotechnics about the car, to see wether they can shed any light as to what the car has to offer.
And my golf GTI owning friend has just scoffed at my \'downgrading\' from a 2litre turbo, to a 1.3litre twinturbo. I think he will soon find out how much of a downgrade it was

i\'m pretty sure that normally it would be an apexi if it weren\'t standard (there are others though) and they do they do have "apexi" stamped on the side of them!there £630 to buy so its a touch if you\'ve got one already.

Id agree with ya there dude. Seen it at RE:worx myself. Probably about 4 months back, maybe a little longer. My memory aint that good since Ive got my FD. Think Ive fried my brain!!!!!
AD facer front end, although its been modded with that long narrow cut out. RE-A make a \'lip\' to flare this in. Side steps are RE-A D-2\'s.

I have a RE-A induction kit, RE-A hard pipes, and the rest is pretty stock as far as geoff knows. possible Mazda Speed Backbox.
