Title: FD on "Chop shop"
Post by: Evil Twin on November 19, 2007, 10:16:59 PM
Just been watching "Chop Shop" on Discovery.  They went to Southend to see some modded cars and there was a Black FD doing a burn out on the sea front.  Looks like it was probably filmed in the summer, because they\'re in short sleeved shirts.

Anyone from here? :3gears-rh

Nice work!

I can\'t believe the shed that they made, god forbid they ever get their mitts on an RX.

the thing is theres no way that these shi. heaps that there blobing together can be up to any m.o.t standards coz the wheel spacers are not allowed coz they are bigger than 50mm and when they cut and shut a car they don\'t seem to be getting any kind of structrial stafety certs, that they show, the idear i think is good but they done show enough of the build to see i think reck to riches is a better overall exanple of true workman ship not to say that the jag was on ebay and biding got to £9400.00 and still did\'nt meet reserve (but hay this is only my thoughs) but i must say there was lots of smoke lol:3gears-rh
