Good Morning,
This should help :3gears-lh
If you would like to have a look at this link we sell an Exedy clutch we put together for just this application on an FD when we realised that people on a set up such as your self needed a clutch that wasn\'t crazy money and would put up with quite a bit of abuse over the standard clutch.
This clutch will feel little different to the stock clutch and the only real thing you may notice is that it "bites" quicker that stock when you pull away, but you wont have any of the "lots of revs or you kangaroo away" that you get with a race clutch,
Here you go, hope this helps.

how long does this clutch last? will i need to replace my flywheel?
As with a stock clutch, life expectancy will depend on how it\'s driven, drive it like an old woman and it will last forever
This clutch assembly bolts straight onto you stock flywheel as a direct swap.
We also have the ADL clutch
