i am seeing high knock readings of above 100 at times not neccesarily when on heavy load but when excelerating slowly through gears aswell, at around 5rpm, dosnt always happen and not in every gear.
also heat light does not flash until 100 or after, used to be above 60 before.
any ideas?

I had a similar symptoms with mine...
My knock readings were fine then occasionally during accelleration on the second turbo it would spike 90->120 ish, I would say that my knock sensor was working fine, and my AFR was ok.. My dyno graphs showed that.
EGT was ok, and it was genuinly healthy engine (i had it apart to be ported and it showed very little signs of wear!)
Then one day the housing of my second turbo popped off, so I fixed it, and I never saw those knock readings again. (maybe an air leak from the turbo?)
I never found out what was causing it, the only things I could think off was my intake temperatures (they were always pretty high!) or a leak from the turbo somehow??
If your worried, take it to a tuner, or get try and log the output from your PFC (i guess you have one becuase of the heat light) and see if theres anything recurring when you have the knock?
