Well after my hours of searching for a supplier with stock of Goodyear F1’s in my size I have found another great place to buy tyres on the net (although they will fit them if you drive there)
http://www.jettyres.co.uk/
Here is an example of their great prices.
Goodyear F1 255/35/18: £128 ea delivered!!! :O Includes VAT the lot (based on a price for 2 tyres)
The next cheapest I found were from the likes of Mytyres.co.uk, etyres, BlackCircle, tyreslonline etc All around £145 ea
The saving pays for fitting at a local garage
Anyway, as with everyone else they didn’t have stock of the F1’s so I got the Falken 452’s from them - £103 ea :)
What is another plus side with these guys is you can speak to them on the phone â€" via a freephone number. It is worth calling them for prices etc as not all the tyres they supply are listed on the site (those Falkens for example!)
As with all places some will do better deals on some products and not on others. But this place is definitely one to add to your ‘Favourites’ list of tyre suppliers!
Handy t know, they\'re just round the corner from me :D
nice one Mark
They are very good, I ordered my tyres on Saturday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday morning :Thumbsup!
During the week its next day delivery :Thumbs-up
Thanks for the heads up :Thumbsup!
Great news.
What is the general concensus about the best tyres for cars that needa lot of grip under acceleration but can still be used as normal road tyres too.
Pref require 255/40/17 still. Currently my car has Marshall ditch finders. So anything is an imrpovement. Thank you guys :D
