hi,
i just got a 1989 rx7, and just have some questions about some bits.
First: the car has a very strong smell of petrol!!! sometimes tends to be when iv had my foot down. it is standard as far as i know except form a cone filter.
any one have any ideas wat this could be or wat i should be looking for???
2nd: after driving the car for about 20mins the gear stick gets hot as ass the trans tunnel. any ideas???
and lastly: i have been told that these engines have to be rebuilt every 50,000 miles. how true is this??? my car seasm to be running ok, and i cant seam to find any thing in its massive hostory file about engine being rebuilt and it has now done 135,000.
