Title: Induction kit fitting
Post by: RXphil on October 28, 2007, 02:31:33 PM
I own a 94 rx7, Im about to fit twin induction filters but i seem to be left with 3 1" hoses. These used to go into the back of the arc induction box.
The question is what do i do with them?
Can i just put breather filters on them?

All help appreciated  :3gears-lh

Yes, just some small breather filters will do the job and stop and muck getting sucked in.

I expect one for the air pump and the other the return from the dump. Filter the air pump but the dump one you can leave open as i am sure it blows back into the airbox and not sucking but someone else might know for sure. You will also get an extra loud noise if you leave it open. The airbox deadened the sound so the sounds of an expensive dump valve at nil cost.
