Its the one tapped into the front cover mate, don\'t think the thread on the other side is big enough !

Got some 5/8in lines waiting to be measured out :D

Got a 12A front plate off an earlier 1st Gen, but it\'s got no adapter in it. I presume the flex to the front oil cooler went in here. It\'s a biggish thread, I\'d suspect M16 but it may be a special.

Just an update on the thread size in case somebody else needs to know. Its a m16x1.5 thread in the front cover.

Ended up with a m16x1.5 male to m18x1.5 female adater into a m18x1.5 to -10JIC (both male) Adapter into a female -10JIC to 5/8in pushon fit.

Couldn\'t go m16x1.5 to -10JIC because the boss isn\'t big enough for the adapter to seat.

Got the bits from Think Auto in the end, extremely quick delivery and they hold a large stock of hydralic bits.

No, I got the push on fit ones and then all you do is push the fittings on and clamp using a hose clamp. Don\'t worry too much about the lines, you need to put the pipe in just off the boil water to stand a chance of getting it on the fitting so they are still a tight fit. The hose clamp is just backup :D

I used :

3 x m18x1.5 to JIC10 adapter
1 x Banjo with M18 hole and 5/8" push on fitting
3 x 90deg JIC 10 push on fitting
1 x M16x1.5 (male) to M18x1.5 (female) adapter
1.5m of 5/8in braided Oil hose (1m may be possible, but to be safe go for 1.5m)
4 x 30mm Hose Clamps (good quality)

Because I went round the houses with this the 90deg fittings, the m18x1.5 to JIC adapters and Hose came from merlin motorsport and the rest came from Think auto.

Takes a couple of hrs to get it done. More the measuring and making sure the angles are correct. Once tot the hose is on the push on fitting it doesn\'t come off !

Will do :D

The headache is more making the angle right when you slide the pipe on because the grip on the hose is extremely tight and you can\'t adjust it at all !
