I had this problem after i fitted my bovs. Can\'t remember what it was. I know it was a vacuum pipe on wrong, i\'ll try and remember which one.

blow off valves. I fitted two bailey dump valves in the stock positions and had that problem. I think a vacuum pipe had come off at the front of the manifold just underneath the pressure chamber. Have a quick look, if it\'s a pipe off you will probably see it, you will need to lift your strut brace (2x 14mm nuts per side) and remove the pressure chamber (2x10mm bolts) which should just about clear the throttle cable. You can see most vacuum/pressure control pipes from there.

That\'s the one. Plug it in and see. From memory it\'s the same as mine. You may need to replace it at some point though, once they pop off they will keep coming off. Will be ok temporarily while you show off to your lil bro. lol

I am currently trying to diagnose another boost control problem with mine but the only vacuum diagram i have is for a 1996 car and mine has certain changes which i am just having to guess what they do!!

From memory all the 2nd turbo control is through pressure from the 1st turbo so if you are leaking pressure at that pipe you will have no second tub.

Yeah most people recommend replacing the pipe once it has popped off once, also i\'ve heard it mentioned that it\'s wise to use small hose clips on the pressure ones.
