I just printed the online manual.

Going to borrow a multimeter and test all parts, this idle issue is really pi$$ing me off now.

Want to test, before buying parts i dont need.

Cheers.

Time consuming, but in the long run sure it will save alot of garage costs.

If it is a TPS fault, im sure mine only has a single plunger.

Its an 89\'

But seems to have the 86 - 88\' single plunger.

I always seem to end up with cars on the crossover year, strange.

All the UK Egi\'s are essantially an S4 under the bonnet - the operation/setup of the engine didnt change throught the model life.

i was just looking on ebay at the price of TPS, which lists 86-88, being different to 89-91.

some dual plunger, and some single plunger.

but that is ebay.com, so may be different in the US.

Get down the scrap yard - I\'ve never had one give me grief on an EGi - and one of mine had done knocking on 160k...
