Title: electic windows
Post by: jamesrx7 on October 05, 2007, 03:37:23 PM
hi the problem with my windows is when i wind them down by the button they go down bit by bit, in time with the seat belt indicator and this does not stop flashing. i\'ve been told that its a relay that i will have to replace but don\'t know which relay to replace.
if any one can help me i would be greatfull thank you, j.:Thumbsup!

Sounds like the F100 relay, under / behind the steering wheel area. Mind did exactly the same.

Hi
did the f100 relay do the trick?  I have the exact same problem and also the headlights don\'t pop up when I switch them on - I have to use the button on the dash. If it is that relay where would I get one in Ireland.
I bought the car a month ago from Japan and it is not modified.

I need this sorting on mine. Do I have to get the relay through Mazda? Mine does the same as above. Goes down in time with the seatbelt indicator that keeps clicking away & flashing the light.

If you unplug the connector under the drivers seat the seat belt warning light then becomes inactive. what happens then ??

When I had this problem, unplugging the seat belt connector didn\'t make any difference :(
I bought my relay from Jimmys for about £70 IIRC.
