Title: Will 275x40x17 fit on untouched Rear (FD) ??
Post by: shaunwil on September 30, 2007, 03:44:32 PM
Looking for some new tyres and thinking about the kuhmo V50A, but they only do a 245 and a 275 in 17\'s. The spec list says they are 270 overall width (so in theory should be a 270 !).

The big question is will they fit under the stock arch ok. Currently running bridgestone 255x40x17\'s fine. There aren\'t any specs on overall tyre width to these online, So I\'ll need to measure them up !

i ran 275 on 19s with no probs...really comes down to wheel offsets.. i cant see any problems....245 front were a problem on 19\'s but cant see that being an issue on 17\'s..

Cheers, the 17\'s shouldn\'t be as square a corner either....... hopefully
