Title: Carbed 13B HP and build Questions?
Post by: 59bisquik on September 28, 2007, 05:56:20 AM
I am looking to get a 13B for my Chenowth sand rail. The car is only used in the desert and sand, so smog equipment and mufflers are not needed.

I am looking for 200 to 250HP with a carb. I wanna ditch the injection for the simplicity of a carb. I am just a bit confused on the porting and such. Street, Bridge, Cheese etc.

High RPMs and a funky idle are a plus!

What porting, carbs, exhaust will I need to make 200-250hp? Is it possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Desert/sand race\'s required a very broad power band engine
the best simple way\'s go street portings with 48IDA/holley carb.
You\'re fram good old USA,what happen to US\'s own speciality like Mazdatrix,Racing beat etcc.? they\'ll help you with info!
