any hooo
My rex is suposed to be coming home soon from garage and ive got 1000 miles to run it in for, but i also need to put an big intercooler in it and an exhaust before it gets final map after the 1000 miles
just wonderd what your recomedations are for intercoolers and if theres anywhere that dose titanium exhausts? or preferably just the piping so a can make my own and intercooler pipes????
ta
Re-amemiya did a version of the dolphin tail in Titanium, if I remember correctly.
was kinda after whole system ill see what a can find
There are a ton of Titanium exhaust for the FD.
Trust TI-r
Trust Titan Composite
Signal CB
Auto Exe
ARC
Kakimoto(I think)
Fujitsubo
Re-Amemiya made 2 I think.. But they have stopped.
Intercoolerwise, go Vmount.
I think he means titanium pipe makers or builders here in the uk...but as far as i know there aint many i only know of one and they have to order in the titanium
I would suggest that your choice of both depends on what you want to do.
I don\'t know much about exhausts. And lots of people here rave about V-mounts.
However, I\'ve got an Apexi GT Maaaaaaahoooosive intercooler in mine and that is great...if you\'re getting a big intercooler though I would assume that you are looking for more power, in which case you really want a bigger radiator included with that, unless you\'ve already had one fitted.
ill build the exhaust myself was just after the piping, and a silencer preferably but may have a ready made one found so itl save a ton of greif.
but im quite ar22ey with sum stuff and like them to be how i want lol.
hopfully ive already got more power i just like making up pipe stuff myself (with the big help of a pipe welder friend). cars been at pips for ages only went in for an power fc.
now got it rebuilt dowled and a t78 turbo lol and a load of other crap.
im not shure about v mount or not as this is my 1st rex. only standerd rad just now as well (i think) unless pip put 1 on.
ta for the help folks
But they don\'t make the Apexi GT fmic\'s anymore.. Although they are great! Had one on my silvia.
