K guys iv removed 3 bolts from the steering linkage, it slides down with a hammer but it wont go down far enought to get the bugger out,.. im soooo close!! out of everything this is tha hardest part iv come across so far :P
Any advice or idears? iv soaked it in wd40 to see if that helps,.. also iv noticed the metal tab welded has come off.. some Conehead hit it we a hammer :Hammer

yip got it off just after i posted man.. a pair of cloves and a motion that was too much like hand love without the payoff n it poped right off, i did soak it in wd40 tho lol...

just need to figure out how the turbo comes off noo bud lol..

the 2 on the backing plate of the pre-control are long bolts
