Suppose it would be the right time to introduce myself and one of my current projects, this one being a Series 3 First Generation RX. And here it is:-

Despite the looks it rougher underneath and needs the chassis rails at the front fabricating, the rear sill on the drivers side needs sorting but the arches are otherwise good :Laugh. For some reason the viscous fan was missing but I whipped one off a couple of rotbox project vehicles I bought at the same time(3 First Gens for £400 - bargain I thought).
As for plans I think I\'ll keep this fairly original, perhaps polybush set, a stainless exhaust and some fresh dampers, and then I\'ll just use it for a while. Long term I\'m sure more power will come on the agenda but for now I just want to get back on the road. Other projects will get in the way, and I have plans to drop another 12a out one of the other vehicles into an old ford body(and on this front can anyone help with a stripped down wiring diagram for the 12A?), but when I start it\'ll get posted amongst the other rotary engined threads.
As I start the welding I\'ll keep people updated.
Regards,
Dave
Good luck!
Do any of the 3 have a red interior? ;)
Hi,
No joy with the red interiors, both the scrap vehicles had very knacker brown trim, fortunately the red car has the grey cloth and it was in good nick.

Dave
