Title: Imobilisers
Post by: Teighto on September 09, 2007, 03:11:26 PM
Right then !!

after having the Rex insured for the last 3 months my insurance company has now sent me a letter stating i need to send them a copy of the installation/certificate. now when i insured it with them i told them that the previous owner had it fitted and didnt have the certificate when i bought it.

so now they want the information or they will cancel my policy !!

i can see where they are coming from, so what im going to do is get another
alarm/imobiliser fitted so i will have a certificate to prove this.

any reccommendations as to what i should get ??

i dont wanna spend big money just something that will get me insurance back up together !!!

any help appreciated :D:D:D:D:D

you can go to an alarm fitter - they will check it all out and give you a new certificate.. wont be all that cheap imo as alot of work.
