Hello again!
After my saga with the CAS, and eventually getting her to run properly I\'ve now got boost problems.
She started to get a little shaky on the second turbo. Kinda jerky and hesitant.
All my rats nest pipes have been done, and cable tied very very tight..
I searches around, found the grounding problem, so I cleaned all my ground points, and added some more. This didn\'t help at all.
I found the thread about the fuel pump rewiring, and had a look at it. I took it for a drive to see what it was running at, and the car started to act like a bucking bronko! At the first sign of boost it behaves like the ignition has been turned off. Backing off again brings it back to normal. I can get it up to 5K as long as I keep it off boost, and very gentle on the throttle.
I did the pump mod, but it\'s not helped at all.
help :(
I\'ve looked at loads of posts on hesitation, but can\'t find anything that really matches my problem
Cheers guys :)
Check your plugs aren\'t knackered. Are you running stock boost levels ?

try resetting the ecu, by removing the negative terminal of the battery and pressing the brake pedal down for 30 seconds, had a similar problem when my car was a twin and it solved the problem.
Cheers for the suggestions. I haven\'t looked at the plugs yet - should have thought of it really, but have done the ECU reset. Car is totally stock.
I suppose the problems with the CAS being faulty could have made a real mess of the plugs. At least it\'s something to go on!
Thanks again, I\'ll let you know how it goes
No joy with the ECU reset or plug change.
I pulled the ECU codes, no problems there.
I have a sneaking suspicion it\'s electrical gremlins. Any ideas?
I know the pump is getting a good supply now.
Quick update:
Won\'t go above 0.2 bar on the primary. It spools fine, then I\'d say it fuel cuts when it gets to 0.2 bar.
