if you want to make a copy of the wing you will need to clean the wing. remove all blemish and imperfections.  then lay down a few layers of pva blue on to the wing.  then put on a few layer of base resin ( gel coat) leave it dry for a day.  then on top of that layer glass fibre and poly resin leave it dry for a day.
after this is dry, split the mould from the wing using water to disolve the pva.
you have an exact copy of the wing now, but in reverse.  so do exactly the same on the mould and you will have an exact copy of the original wing.

Did I just get a link to ****ING MONSTER ****ING MODS? Do NOT use these ****ers, they ****ed me about over a bonnet for 15weeks. Check out there feedback on e bay, they seem to do a nice line in **** and used tyres, no self respecting company would bother with stuff like that if they were into body kits etc, F*****G W****RS.On a lighter note, GFRP(fibreglass) is really not that easy to just start making bodywork out of. A good mould will take you weeks(at least) to do right and several hundred quid. I used to make bike&scooter bits and just making a plug( what you take the mould off),has many hours in it ,then theres trying to get the first moulding out of the mould-not easy! It sometimes takes 3 or 4 \'pulls\' to get them to come out easily. If you are intent on going ahead then I recommend you use \'Mirror Glaze\' for the release agent, its a beewax based polish and I found it to be the best of all of them,(at least 6-8 coats) look on ebay for \'glass suppliers.Final tip, when you make your mould \'glass decent bits of timber in it to give it strength, this will help when you come to pull the moulding, oh, and don\'t put anymore than 3.5-4%catalyst in the resin(use low, wide tubs to mix the resin) or you may have a fire,(seriously it self combusts if you\'re not careful).
