Title: Unichip?
Post by: Vtec on February 08, 2004, 05:44:07 PM
Hi:) - just had a Dastek Unichip fitted to my Prelude vtec earlier this week - set up so that the car is running at its best - not had it long enough to see if the fuel consumption has improved, but, the question is would a Unichip improve the consumption of an RX7?, aswell as gaining more bhp/torque:confused: - anyone have one fitted to their car? - interested as the chip is easily transferrable from one jap car to another. Cheers folks;)

I would not fit a unichip to ANY turbo\'d car. Nothing against unichip or any of the other brands of chip, but you really need to look at full ECU upgrades for performance cars.
