Just recently but not all the time, when giving my rex some stick in 3rd and 4th gears at around 5-7 rpm it seems to jerk.
any ideas what this could be any help would be much appreciated.

do you see the red light on the dash flash up ? It could be det, or fuel cut.
Nope no red dash light, have not seen that flash since i have had the ecu mapped.
Even though i am getting some high knock readings even when driving off boost at around 30-40mph but guessing that could be a faulty sensor.
Did just a general check of the engine bay from what i could see everything looked normal but oil was quite low and also quite low on petrol, when i remember the jerking happening.
plugs might need changing ?
Is it when you are going round a bend ? You can get fuel cut because there is no swirl pot
