Too much fuel goes to enginee and also little black smoke comes out from echsoze.
I have been told by Standart Car mechanic that too much fuel goes to engine and fuel dont burn properly, that makse black smoke come out..
I dont know what to do, there is no specialist arround here...
what ecu has it got is it a pfc ?

Ok, First off An Rx7 runs alot more rich next to a Standard piston engine.
Next what do you mean Black smoke? is it all the time or when you are on overrun (when you take your foot off after you have given it some Stick)?
It also depends allot on what Mods you have and the ECU you are running.
To say if you have or haven\'t got a problem we need allot more info on the car and how its running.

It has original ECU, and it hasnt got the main catelic converter, black smoke comes when raving -( presing the gas ) but i can always smell the fuel coming out...
Car starts fine drives but the only problem is that smoke and it gets flooded most of the times

compression result was perfect on all 4 cylinders. I think they were 8.5

or maybe its not got a 13B engine in it.
check to see the engine says Mazda Rotary etc?
you should have 3 readings per rotor, 6 in total. Who did your compression test ?
Have you checked that none of the vacuum lines have popped off ? On the passenger side of the bulkhead in the engine bay there is a small black box with a rubber pipe connected. Is this plugged in on the other end ?
Need more information to be able to help.

First does it run/Drive smoothly? or does it sound like a Tractor ;)
Apart from the smoke and over fueling does it go ok? (Gets good boost etc)
Ok things to check....
If so, take your EGI fues out and the Top rear plug and turn it over (listen to the noise it makes)
Now replace thet Plug and remove the Front top Spark Plug and turn it over, They should sound the same (Same Volume and Spacing)
Not to sound like the voice of Doom but you want to Make sure the Compression is good before you look for faults.
Then read the link below, this will tell you how to check your ECU\'s fault codes.
You need this http://www.fd3s.net/engine_codes.html if you get any codes of this test the car may be in Limp mode.
Something else to try, There is a Small black box on the Bulk head (Near side) follow the Pipe back to the Inlet manifold and make sure its in good condition and on properly, then unplug the Electrical plug and plug it back in a few times to clean the contacts.

Yesterday , I Take Off All The Sparkplags Cleaned, And I Take Egi Main Fuse Then Crank The Engine 3 Times.
After I Put Everythink Back On
First Turn Car Started Perfectly And There Is No Smoke But I Didnt Let The Engine Get Hot Because We Had To Close Garage
Today I Am Goin To Start The Car And Test Everythin
1- Get The Engine Hot , See If Smoke Comes Out Again
2- Check Fault Code If There Is Any
I Think What Make My Car Work Perfect Is The Small Sensor As Grizzly Descriped - I Took The Pipe , Checkted Replugded And Plugded The Electric Aswell And Replugded... Car Seems Working Fine Now..

Do you mean when you just pull the Pipes off the air pump it stops smoking? Is that with them blocked off?
If not it could be you are creating an Air leak which is Weakening the Mixture??
Check the ECU\'s fault codes and see what it says, its more likely to be something like a water / Air / Lamda temp sensor than the air pump its self.
BTW if you don\'t have a Cat on you can remove the air pump and block off the Pipes.
