I reckon that you have a major boost leak.
Does the engine whistle alot when under acceleration? If so then that is likely to be your culprit.
Check all boost pipes from turbo\'s to intercooler and from intercooler to inlet elbow.
Someone like Kevin Gordaon might be able to help you or Matt Harrison, they are both in Yorkshire,Matts user id is Arrouk, and kvs is Kevyork.

As Matt said mate we should be at York raceway on Sunday. Between us we should be able to sort it out or at least track down the cause. If you can make it there let us know and we can take a few tools other than the laptop.
Regards Kevin:Thumbs-up

p.s Carl work permitting i should get most of the mapping sorted up there sunday if i get enough run time. I\'ll email the datalog then in exel format see if you\'ve any suggested alterations. Upto 0.4bar at the moment but i don\'t want to take it much further road mapping.:Nono!

Sounds similar to my problem!! I\'m boosting just about 0.5 bar on the first turbo, and then 0.8 when the 2nd comes in, then it tails off! First turbo seems really slow spooling up and is only reaching 0.5 bar about 4000 rpm. There is a big kick at 4500rpm, no gradual transition between turbos, its a massive kick!

Any particular hoses I should be checking, or just all boost hoses?

Cheers,
Paul
