Title: Earthing Kit
Post by: Matts-gen2 on August 20, 2007, 01:07:47 PM
After reading on earthing out can add 8-10 hp, or should that be reduce from loosing 8-10 hp.

Are there any main points that can be suggested to earth out from on the engine on an FC (if that makes any difference).

It doesnt seem like theres much point buying an earthing kit if you can just but some wire and do it yourself.

you can just get some wire and do it yourself !!

i would just make sure that the engine and box are nicely earthed and that the battery has a good earth ( and the ECU ! )

why do you THINK you need more ??

Im just reading from other peoples mods, saying that this can help the 3800 flat spot, and keep idle more stable, and  reduce any uneccesary loss in power.

It\'s only because earthing spots getting a bit corroded, or some earth cables get left off, etc, etc. All you\'re doing is making sure that the chassis earth is in tip top condition.
