hows the easiest way of fitting new pulleys? i am new to this!
Which pulleys you wanna take off? If it\'s the alternator then leave the belt tentioned and zip it off with an impact air wrench. The pulley on the power steering pump is bakerlight, not metal. Take this off in the same fashion as the alternator pulley. The water pump pulley is only 4 10mm bolts so easy to remove. Hold it with a rag and undo the bolts. Dont bother removing the main bottom engine pulley, it can cause a right pain in the ass if you do.
ok will do the alternator and the water pulley - i have actually got to do the crank pulley as ive purchased the OR pulley for it already so advice for this would be good. Iv noticed that has 4 main bolts and one single large bolt in the centre - do i just take the four off? any thing i have to take into consideration on this?
The bottom pulley should come off by undoing the 4 small bolts. That wont be a problem, but if you have to remove the main 19mm bolt, it is mega mega tight. You\'ll have to put the car in gear to get that loose. It\'s the main eccentric shaft bolt and there is a little valve inside. ok.....that puts me off a little. i\'ll see if the crank pulley comes off with just the 4 bolts if not they are going back on! thanks dude.

did want to go all the same - but wanted the GReddy parts also i shall be ordering the RE amemiya power steering pulley very soon!
Nice!! That will fit no probs by the look of it. Remove those 4 10mm bolts and the pulley will pull off. Just make sure the plate behind goes back on the same as it came off, because it has a tab that passes over 2 sensors (crank angle sensors) If the plate goes on wrong, the car wont start!!
ok, will give it a go thanks for the heads up. still gota take my twins out yet - im ordering the TD06SH 25G turbo kit so fingers crossed they come out easy enough!

yeh not able to sell stuff without going through the chains of command. to be honest i have actually stopped selling parts - i do it for a living and to do it on the side becomes too much headache - work in the day and work in the night. needed a brake lol. but if need parts im still always happy to dish out my suppliers and use my discount!
