I have a 1988 FC non-turbo with the original 1.8L engine. It\'s got roughly about 133,000 miles on it. This car has only had 2 other owners besides me. The first was an old lady who hardly ever drove it and when she did drive it, she never dogged it. The second owner bought it from her for $4,000 and had it for a year before he decided to sell it to me. When I got the car I let my brother drive it (such a dumb idea) and he crashed it into a ditch trying to drift around a curve. I had to replace the right front tie rod and the whole 1/4 panel. Since I had already started doing work on it I decided to put a body kit on it. A couple weeks later I let this guy drive it when I was in the passenger seat (apparently he didn\'t know how to drive a straight drive) and he threw it into first gear doing 45 or 50 mph. After that, I decided to let the car sit at my friend\'s shop until I could gather up some more money to work on it. Turns out, someone stole the master cylinder straight out from under the hood! Now, when I (could) crank the car, extremely white smoke starts billowing out from everywhere. It comes from the exhaust, under the hood, under the car, the smoke even comes up from the shifter! I don\'t know if the engine is blown or whether it just needs a new seal. I\'m pretty much tired of dealing with this car and I\'m ready to sell it. I\'m asking $1,000 obo. The car is located in Greenwood, S.C. 29649. The buyer is responsible for transportation. Let me know what you guys think!
