We have ordered a titanium rx8 but have the option of getting a black one in a couple of weeks.
Since we are unsure as both colours are nice I would like to hear any comments from anyone on what colour they think is the nicest or if you have one of these colours what you think of it.
My brother has silver and is very easy to keep clean, black shows every mark, but it looks fantastic in black. Black would be my choice.
I am biased and must say Titanium. Sally describes it at stylishly classy.
Black does look good though although perhaps a bit sinister.
What ever you get you will love it.

I say guys\' n gals - there surely is only one true colour for the RX-8; and its in the beastie\'s genes-yes! it\'s RED!
Love\'n Peace,
fdman
fdman - red is for Ferrari\'s :)
Black me thinks, yes hard to keep clean but geess they look good.
I await delivery of my Titanium 230 RX8 in March. I spent a long time trying to decide whether or not to go for black......but having a black car for the last 4 yrs easily persuaded me.
Black looks great..............but is a bugger to to keep looking nice (even minutes after a good waxing !!)
Dear Glenn,
I didn\'t think we were allowed to use the \' F \' word on the Forum!
My own car is in Brilliant Black, and I wouldn\'t have it any other way. The first RX-8 I saw last Autumn was at my local Mazda dealership, and I caught a first glimpse of the Red nose of the beast, and it left a distinct and strong impression. I have yet to see a black or silver "8"-I have spotted two reds in my locality.
The RX-8 carries on the mystique of the Mazda rotary heritage,
but unlike the Rex, it has a little unfinished business in areas of its shape: the rear is for me such an area. Whereas the Rex is almost the definition of beauty in itself ( are we allowed to use the word-sublime- on the Forum?), and the Rx-8 is subtle and understated in a modern world of thug SUV, Bull-Bar Fwd design;
there are detractors who may be less subtle and substitute the word anonymous for the word understated-in areas of the RX-8 shape. I feel that Red somehow gives a little more authority to a
design that as you can probably discern, I find less than fully convincing.
Peace and Love,
fdman

The good ol\' "F" word, I still have a soft spot for them - particularly cars like the Enzo :)
Give it time, I think the RX-8 is a few years ahead also. I wasn\'t too sure initially, but more you see on the road the more you will like them.
I can\'t wait to see what the new RX-7 is going to look like, the FD was 10 years ahead in its design.
Peace and love indeed! :)
Thanks guys.
We have decided to stick to our original decision which was titanium, as much as I do like the black.
:wave
We get the titanium on the 10th march HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!:D :D :D :D :D :D :D
