OK, so since I stripped out my car over a year ago now, I need to figure out where in the interior the paintwork is exposed by the trim... Could someone do me a favour and take pics of where the paint is exposed please??? I\'m figuring around the boot in places and around the doors in places, but I simply don\'t know, and the last thing I want is a two tone car on the inside!!!
Fanks in advance

you shouldn\'t see any paint inside, there are a few pictures in my link below, can get some more of specific area\'s if you want

Mark, thanks for the info! I think I may have to do some area\'s around the rear, because I\'m not putting things back exactly the same - no rear seats for one...
Cheers dude!

Yep, no body paint on inside of standard car. All trimed. The back wheel arches are trimmed in interior coloured plastic leather and the boot (including the rear body strengthening pillars) is fully carpeted or trimmed in interior coloured plastic trim.
That\'s going to be the next challenge - colouring all the trim... question is cover or paint...

what are you up to my friend?
i always thought the grey was ok, or do you have the red interior?
Mark
well, a (VERY LONG) while from now, it will be recarpeted in cream, and I\'d like to finish the rest of the interior to boot (inc the FD seats I\'m blingly guessing will be crowbarrable into the car).
Of course, I\'ve only got to paint the car, mount the engine (mart - any idea when that front plate might become available??? *grin*), get the prop shaft done, get coils, sort brakes rewire the entire car, sort the fuel, brakes, etc etc....
so trim bits are a while off yet... *sigh*
Why not trim the interior in real leather? you can get decent hides from e-bay, and get her inside to help with the sewing?
Well, I\'ve reams of the leather stuff that I got for a different project... but I\'m not sure that my indoors laydee would be the best person to ask mebee...
Painted interior with as few interior panels as possible, and black bucket seats. Oh and a roll cage as well. The paint colour should be the same as the external colour too. But then it is only an idea. This car sounds like it will be the business when done so the interior should echo that.
cheers, oh and dont be hy giving us some photos of progress too.
Pics Here (//www.archbish.com) - as you can see, ages to go yet!!!
cheers for that bish, looks like it is all happening!!!
