OK so I can honestly say I\'ve never driven my FD running 100% spot on but didn\'t care too much as I knew I was rebuilding/swapping the engine.
But I have it back now after Carl/Geoff sorting out a few things. It wasn\'t boosting on the primary turbo but I found a split vac pipe that I replaced and it definitely boosted on one run up a nice A road but when driving around slower didn\'t seem to unless I dropped a gear and floored it.
Anyways I\'m happy to drive round to someone near enough who knows how the car should feel just to reassure me it\'s ok. It\'s currently running a base map on the PFC and needs mapping (just usual decat, bigger downpipe, filters and exhaust).

Awesome, when are you about as I can\'t get during the week as working so don\'t get home till 6ish. Can do most weekends :)
I will be at work (in conisbrough) till 7pm on thursday with my car so you are welcome to pop down then, the gates will be closed from 5:30 but just beep ya horn and ill pop out and let ya in.
If ya can only get at the weekend i cant make it this week as im at RS4 but weekend after would be fine.
Weekend is better for me if that\'s alright...I\'ll be at RS4 on Sunday anyways :) But might be able to make the weekend after.....Martiny is coming to collect my old engine on Saturday and I\'m at Thoresby on the Sunday but will try and catch you this weekend!
Well if you are at RS4 then there are lots of people there who have much more knowledge than me, so talk to a few people and im sure you will find the answers you are looking for, you are still welcome to pop down to mx5city though :)
