Title: Race 04-08-2007
Post by: AtomicRex on August 03, 2007, 10:26:34 AM
Next race tomorrow :)

Sam came down and helped last night to get the car prepped for the race, so in theory nothing more than wheel selection and spanner check is needed!

Avon slicks on the new wheels...and they are so light!!

Write up will be done either tomorrow night or Sunday morning....depending on whether we win and I\'m down the pub!

The Ferrari grid has grown again...what started off as three 360CS\'s we are now up to five!

Still should be more fun to play with!!!  And they haven\'t got any sexy wheels!!!

Had I mentioned that Ive got some new wheels? ;)

Is there any particular place where rotaries supporting AtomicRex park up together at Castle Combe.???

I don\'t know the circuit or parking arrangements.

Thanks for the support guys.....The best place to park, if you can get there early enough, is Tower....You can stay in your car and watch at the same time!!!

Just had Iain confirm his attendance with some spannering too!!! :D

I forgot about this. What time is best to turn up and how much is it to get in?

The earlier you turn up the better chance you have of getting a good parking spot.

The qually is at 11:00 and the race is 16:00

Its about £12-15 to get in.....come and find us in the paddock...we are opposite the Strawford centre

Didn\'t get chance to call earlier today Jon, too busy driving Gallardo\'s - you know how it is :D. How did you get on with the old Spazda. Hope you kicked those Italian butts!

????????????????
How did the race go? I was there to support. I think you made a move on the Ferrari in the 1st lap? Then....? That Lotus exige was flying, and the Jade is unreal. It was a good day out. I did get a little burnt on the face.
