Title: Tein Ha adjustment?
Post by: Spartacus on July 25, 2007, 10:12:28 PM
Hi I’ve got a set of Tein HA coilovers ready to be fitted, and I know they have 16 levels of damping adjustment but they have 32 clicks from full anti clockwise to full clockwise. Can some one tell me do I count from full anti or full clockwise? Also where I start is that hardest or softest?
Many thanks

i had HA\'s on the rear,  clockwise was firm, anti clock was softern as said above.    Dont worry about the numbers,  wind up or down and then just adjust them same until you get a setting you are happy with.
