I beilieve one is about 25-30 % bigger in volume and near same to fit,
but I gather they do a larger one which reqs some fitting
P.
what is the stock rad dimensions. want to make sure i get the right one:Thumbs-up
to my knolage there is three diffrent Koyo\'s (standard size but alloy, 2.4 inch thick Alloy and the duel Pass Nflo rad)
If you want my Advice save the extra money up and buy the Nflo as its very good. The 2.4" one is a Nice rad but they have a bit of a bad rep for fitment (but tbh the ones i\'ve seen have fitted fine).

Just ask what size the Koyo is, if its over 2" then its the higher end of the Scale, i think the Standard Fd rad is 1 1/2 inches or slightly wider but not much.
I fitted a koyo rad to mine. It is a nice bit of kit, highly polished from the factory BUT i did have a couple of minor issues fitting it. Mine is the same thickness as the one in the pic and the plastic frame that holds the fans need to be cut and trimmed slightly, but thats all that needs doing. I got mine at a bargain price of £120 used:chat
Just been out in the garage stock matrix 25mm thick but the Koyo i have is
53mm thick and of course the volume of the upper and lower header tanks are much bigger.
Im sure mine is the the \'small\' one Pt No R1443
any help /

I have the NFlo and its enormous, I ended up moving the battery to the boot to fit it!
I\'ve not had the two top end rads next to each other but i have fitted both of them, i would say there is little to no diffrence in the overall size. The Diffrence is internal (the Nflo is a duel pass rad so it uses alot more of the rad\'s surface to better effect)
I know you may have to trim the fan cowl to get the rad in the stock location but i don\'t know why you had such problems that you had to relocate your Battery, I had the PWR race rad (57mm thick and the largest you can buy) and that was the same story (fit but with some triming of the fan cowl)
Paul, sounds like you have the large single pass rad, i know some of the early ones just used two standard cores so there where effectivly twice as thick.
