this may seem a silly question but i am after a dump valve 4 my rex and wanted to know what the best ones are and whether or not u need 2 of them since it is a twin turbo???
they have a bov as standard mate...
you only need the one if you do mod it

they dont have a vent to atmo as standard if u want the dump valve noise u will need to mod it..bailey are cheap and do the job fine..dont waste money on hks etc they are too pricey
i got twin forge vent to air on mine from forge motorsport
You can mod the standard one to vent to atmosphere, but you can hear it vent all the time on partial throttle.
I have tried several aftermarket ones but not really any advantage that I have found for me TBH.
I just replaced my bov\'s with bailey examples but like ricco 04 said when on partial throttle you can hear it venting and with the bailey that becomes a squeak. It\'s a bit annoying. Can anybody recommend a cheapish dump valve that has more of a whoosh noise that i can try out. What does a forge sound like?
shaggy if you come to rs4 listen to mine and ill listen to yours and maybe we can swap. i have a HKS big metal trumpet and i love it but its too wooshy in the sense that is vents easily and wooshes loud when boosting but im after a certain sound sqeeky tbh so if its it ill swap
