Title: Oil Change - How Much Oil ?

Right im going to be doing My first Oil change on the Car,

can anyone tell me how much oil i will need to replace everthing that im gunna remove :D

Also Any quick link to a how to on Oil changing !!!

you will need between 4-5 litres oil

takes about 4 litres as the oil coolers dont drain and they hold about a litre and the rx7 capacity is around 5 litres I believe.
