Hey peeps is there a guide anywhere that shows what uv to remove n block off when converting to a single turbo on the rats nest? iv looked over the diagram 4 it but just not sure what ud remove.. is it pretty much remove the nest and all the pipes thats conected to it and thats it? or can they all go?
I got rid of everything, just kept vacuum to fuel pressure reg (important) and the map sensor. Everything else went, then hook up supplies for you boost controller. I put 2 small filters from the solenoids on the omp injectors and left them open to atmosphere.
Think that was about it. Its scarey but u`ll be wondering what u were scared of once u`ve done it.
Welcome to single land:D
yeah my next rex is gunna be a project, gunna go bridge port n single me thinks, maybe half bridge lol.. nice wide arched single tubbed stripped out noisy 500bhp effort lol...
That exactly what I had planned for this one but got talked out of the bridge port when it was rebuilt and cant afford a wide arch kit. lol
ahh but iv got contacts in japan lol.. prob be a half bridge, i still want it to do driver friendly, not into this 4k pull away poop.. will see when the time comes :) cant wait to get started lol.. if it aint needed it`s getting lobbed.. gunna be mental if i cn pull off the design thats in ma head.
good luck buddy sounds like you have a plan
am i right it saying that everything in this diagram cn be riped out when going single apart fae the fuel lines :)
I roughly used this diagram I found, mines not exactly the same but it does give you and idea of what to do.

Do you not hook the FPR at the end of the fuel system, before it returns to the fuel tank?
Example:
tank - fuel pump - filter - rails - FPR - tank
