while i was fitting the New front bumper over the weekend i noticed a couple of wires coming from the Air compressor thing that had been covered in Electrical tape then, i found another set.

here is the wire i mean (not my engine by the way !)

both wires have bullet conectors on them, should these be connected ????

and if they are any ideas why the previous owner would have disconnected them ???

If its coming from the air pump directly then its not required.

unless your running a cat, then you will be over heating the cat & you will probably fry it in a very short period of time!!! also your idle will be a big pile of poo unless you have a power FC!!
